They must have a good management team. The staff all were friendly and actually helpful, great service, I bought a tyre on line to collect, it was fitted very quickly.. Whilst there I also bought a mid size branded 075 battery, (exchanging my old battery) It was tested in front of me that it was fully charged and the machine also estimated its condition. At £34 it was a bargain at under half price of a new battery..

If your staff are not willing to help a customer 15 minutes before your closing time as advertised here on google then may I suggest your company make your advertised closing time 15 minutes earlier than what is stated. If i could do no stars, I would. Came recommended for scrapping, but instant regret. Arranged to be collected, no one showed up. Told inages taken of outside property to show they came, husband works from home and was keeping an eye out for them all day. Neither of us had calls or texts to say theyre on their way and no knocks on the front door even though they state they called and knocked, must've been a patheticly small knock on the door. rebooked, they then text at 6:41 in the morning of day to collect to say be there at 7am. No one awake at that time, no call, no knock on the door, nothing. I then say how disgraceful this has been and was asked to leave key on tyre and they would come back for the car later in the morning. I declined to do that as how can i then hand over v5 form and get receipt for payment. If im honest this entire conversation was a red flag for potential scam, Told this is what was agreed, I didnt agree to leave the key to our driveable car on the tyre, thats stupid, anyone could take it. Their 'customer service' is rude, condasending and acusatory towards its customers, poor service, poor management and a waste of time as now costing us more to have car on road doing nothing. Avoid do not use.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered and paid for a part that this garage quoted me for. BLACK Audi A3 car bonnet. They send me a silver one. They have no explanation as to why. The invoice even states black! Then, they won’t issue a refund until the part is collected by a courier, and back at their establishment. I bought and payed for an ariel after going down to them to get it myself only to find that they didn't have my part on the, pick it yourself, after being told they did. Tried to get through to them for one and a half hours being 3rd in the queue for all that Time. ( how can that be possible)Needles to say it went passed 6 o clock when they closed...No call from them during the day to let me know if there was a problem, I heard nothing at all. Take your money (as they should) quick enough but not quick enough to let you know if a problem has arisen during the day.
