Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a rear light for my car on 06/10/22 & made the payment by Credit Card. I was then told the light was damaged and was the last one in stock so they would refund me. I received a refund email on 07/10/22 to say it would be refunded to my card within 3 working days. They use Paypal for their Credit Card payments who apparently processed the refund as an echeque, why is beyond me, I paid by card. It is now 02/11/22 and the money has still not been refunded to my Credit Card, I have now had to instigate a section 75 claim with my credit card provider as the goods or the refund have not been received. Customer services just keep repeating that the refund has been processed - it hasn't. Avoid

These Guys a amazing, I wasn't too sure which headlight I needed, so I drove to them ( they are near to me as I live in Hertfordshire too). The Customer service team there are so lovely!!!! They helped me locate where my VIN was and then found the exact part number I needed. It turns out that that they knew exactly what I needed and had an aftermarket version which was a bit cheaper or the OEM part. With the cost of living and all the very penny helps! You wouldn't be able to tell the difference as the quality is superb. Thanks Guys :)

Firstly on the initial opening the lights look great and the quality seems really good too. But like anything time will tell how long they will last. Secondly when the lights were fitted to the van, they didn't seem right as the light was really low (as per the image). Having checked the website and the description it states "the headlights are plug and play, meaning no recoding or extra workmanship is required to get the finished look". So I have contacted the customer services straight away who have firstly jumped to the use of the illegal bulbs and they needed to be changed back to halogen for their review. I have explained that the light output was far too low and on their request swapped the bulbs back with no effect. Then one of their customer representatives have sent a link to an American website on how to adjust the car headlights, and after pointing out that they should not need any further adjustments as stated on their website. The response once again was around the use of the wrong bulbs and nothing to do with the headlights coming set-up far too low from the factory. I since have taken them to a local garage who have confirmed that they were too low and that the use of any bulbs would not have impacted on their level of light they were outputting. So they were able to re-adjust the level on the MOT ramp to make the headlights usable. The whole customer service has been shocking from start to finish and the responses received were ludicrous in jumping to conclusions / sending incorrect information, instead of actually listening to what the issue was and dealing with it accordingly. Their website product description is incorrect and customer service is really unprofessional and amateur, considering they should know their products inside out. Based on the service received I would not be heading back in purchasing any future products from there.

WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED. Broken Led's right out of the box. informed Eurowaggen's that my van was in bits undrivable and asked them to send out a replacement, had 2 failed deliveries as they had not sent it. Shocking service I have asked them for the service address as they refused to pay the extra fitting cost and they have not replied. These should be checked prior to shipping which they are obviously not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS there are better products and service available on ebay.

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review, I ordered a Part on 12th Feb 2018 for a VW T5 and this was sent recorded delivery by Eurowagens. A few weeks later when the item hadn`t been delivered I contacted Eurowagens to be told it was delivered when it hadn`t been and was given a tracking number by them and I was told by Eurowagens I would have to chase it up myself. I rang the royal mail to be told it was signed for by a Mr Silver at our address. There is no Mr Silver here... I contacted Eurowagens and told them that this item must have been delivered to the wrong address and could they chase it for me? They said the case is closed I Needed to take it up with the post office. This is not the service I would expect, Surely it is up to Eurowagens to chase it up!!! On further investigation this part was delivered to a local Ebay delivery company near to us and they have lost the part or cannot trace it. It is the post Offices or delivery guys fault and they have admitted delivering to the wrong address but either way we dont have a part we ordered on 12th February or any money back, We are having to chase our payment from the Post office. This is not what I expect, when I order a part I expect it delivered or chased up by the company I have ordered it from, not to be told the case is closed and nothing at all done about it!!! If you order from these guys and it doesn`t turn up then be prepared for no help whatsoever in getting your item back. And this is from someone who hates giving someone a bad review..

We're very friendly over the phone and answered my questions, shipping was very quick which was a fantastic bonus! Only thing that brings this 1 star down is the headlights I bought for my Abarth from Eurowagens don't quite fit right (gap on the inside) and were tricky to fit without breaking the guiding notches on the top tabs! I haven't yet had an issue with fogging or bulb errors on the car's computer so for the price and service, I'd definitely revcommend eurowagens

I was seeking a replacement headlamp unit for my Freelander 2, 'Zenon' light fitting. I was quoted an over the counter price of £1025 for a Landrover garage. On searching the internet found Eurowagens where the same unit was a good £200 cheaper so I ordered it. The unit arrived, on the promised delivery date (I paid extra for overnight delivery), and within 5 mins of receiving the package (yes, it was so well packaged it took me 5 mins to get to it!), the unit was fitted, up and running. So I was looking to buy the Xenon look headlamps for my BMW f30, but wasn't sure if they would look as good as the original Xenon headlamps, so I started a chat session with Matt.. what a great guy! He was knowledgeable and even went as far as pointing me out to some examples of previous purchases of the same headlamp, so I could see exactly how they look - talk about going the extra mile, or two in this instance as not only did he give me the confidence I needed to make the purchase, but as I my mechanic was available to fit them on the Monday, which was only four days away.. Matt Made sure I got them the next day! The lamps look great.. the way Matt said it was that the difference was stark.. and he sure got that right.. you really just can't compare - it's like the car goes from being a cub, to a full grown lion.. magic! I will be taking some day & night pictures in the next few days.. so you'll see what I mean. The moral of the story is.. great company, fantastic customer service and outstanding products.. what more can I say?!
